In accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine On Protection of Personal Data of June 1, 2010. No. 2297-VI, acting voluntarily and realizing the significance of my actions, I give my consent to processing of personal data of LLC Blagovist Real Estate Agency, hereinafter the Owner, on such terms:

Personal data will be processed to maintain communication between me and the Owner, to ensure authorization and / or registration, access to and / or storage of information on the website of Blagovist Real Estate Agency, and / or to access information on the website of Blagovist real estate agency, to include information about me to personal data of individuals whose personal data are processed in the course of business activities of LLC Blagovist Real Estate Agency.

The Owner will process any personal data I left on the website of Blagovist Real Estate Agency, including but not limited to: personal data (name, surname, patronymic name, taxpayer's ID number, address of registration of residence / actual residence), passport data, telephone numbers (both landline and mobile).

Personal data may be transferred to persons engaged in economic activities under the Blagovist trademark for the purposes defined hereinabove, and to other persons only in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine On Protection of Personal Data.
I was also notified about the following rights which I have according to the Law of Ukraine on Protection of Personal Data:
1. to know about the location of the database, which contains my personal data, its purpose and name, the location of its owner;
2. to obtain information on the terms of granting access to personal data, in particular information about third persons to whom my personal data are provided;
3. to access my personal data;
4. to get, no later than within thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except as provided by law, an answer to the question if my personal data are being processed, as well as to receive the contents of such personal data;
5. to make a substantiated demand to the personal data owner with an objection against processing of the personal data;
6. to make a substantiated demand regarding change or destruction of my personal data by any owner and administrator of personal data, if such data are processed illegally or are not authentic;
7. to protect my personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage, in view of intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision thereof, as well as to protect against providing information that is unreliable or interferes with the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual;
8. to lodge complaints about processing of my personal data to public authorities and officials whose powers include protection of personal data, or to the court;
9. to take remedial measures in case of violation of the legislation on protection of personal data;
10. to include a clause concerning limitation of the right to process their personal data when giving a consent;
11. to withdraw the consent to personal data processing;
12. to know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
13. a right to protection against an automated decision which has legal consequences for him/her.
I hereby certify that I am acquainted with the fact of including information about me in the database of individuals whose personal data are processed in the course of the economic activity of LLC Blagovest.
